Between Dubai Hills Park and the golf course runs a line of newer mid-rise buildings: Vida Residences Hillside, Parkwood, Hillsedge, 399 Hills Park, Ellington House and Golf Residences by Fortimo, from Emaar and other developers, around the new Hillside Park.
Much of this stock was completed in 2026 or is still off-plan, so prices here are recent. Bayut’s index shows some of the estate’s strongest apartment gains over 12 months in this band, led by Hyde Residences and Ellington House.
