A Maple townhouse: Property Finder showed asking prices from AED 4.6 million on 29 September 2026, for three bedrooms. Some apartment launches also include three-bedroom podium townhouses.
On 29 September 2026, Park Gate 2 (about 17 four- and five-bedroom villas) was the only Emaar villa project in Dubai Hills with developer stock. Everything else is resale, including off-plan contracts.
Club Villas and Golf Grove (three and four bedrooms), Golf Place, Parkways and Fairways (four to seven bedrooms), and the mansion enclaves: Hills Grove, Hills View, Majestic Vistas. Sidra and Maple are away from the course.
Yes, in Emerald Hills, where plots of about 680 to 1,800 sq m were sold to individual buyers. Plots trade from about AED 21.5 million on the portals (29 September 2026).
