Your home in Dubai Hills, sold or let at the right price.
A valuation from registered sales and achieved rents in your own building or cluster, then a sale or a tenancy handled by RERA-licensed agents, from the listing permit to the transfer or the Ejari.
What we do
Three ways to put your home to work.
Whether the home is ready, tenanted or still off-plan, the path is the same: a price that holds, a permit, then the right buyer or tenant.
Sell
Valuation, photos and listing with RERA-licensed agents, qualified buyers from our own enquiries, offer, Form F and transfer at the Dubai Land Department. Off-plan resales too, with the developer’s transfer process.
Rent out
A tenant found and checked, the tenancy contract and its Ejari registration, the cheques collected: ready from the day you receive the keys.
Have it managed
For owners abroad: maintenance, renewals and check-ins between tenants, by licensed property managers.
How it works
From first message to signed deal.
Tell us about the home
Residence or cluster, size, view (golf, park, boulevard), and whether it is vacant, tenanted or not yet handed over.
Get a price that holds
Registered sales and achieved rents for comparable homes, within one working day.
Choose, we do the rest
Listing with a RERA-licensed agent, viewings, offers and paperwork until the transfer or the tenancy starts.
To prepare
What to have at hand.
- Title deed, or the Oqood / sale and purchase agreement for an off-plan home
- Passport copy of every owner
- For a sale: the listing agreement (Form A) signed with the agent
- For a mortgaged home: the bank’s outstanding balance letter
- For an off-plan home: your payment statement from the developer
Every home advertised in Dubai needs a Dubai Land Department permit and a signed Form A; we make sure both are in place before your home is published.
Market figures
Average prices and rents per square foot from Bayut’s August 2026 indices. Apartment rents fell over the year; we do not project them upward.
Questions
Owners ask us.
Yes, as an off-plan resale, subject to the developer’s conditions (often a minimum share of the price already paid, and a transfer fee). We check your payment statement and the developer’s rules first.
It depends on price, condition, view and season. A home priced on current achieved rents, photographed well and open for viewings is usually the one that lets first.
The valuation is free. Agency and management fees are agreed in writing with the licensed agent before anything is listed; nothing is charged before a sale or a tenancy.
Yes: listing agreements can be signed electronically, viewings run without you, and a transfer can be completed through a power of attorney.
