On the northern edge of the course, Golfville, Golf Suites, Club Drive, Golf Hillside, Rosehill, Greencrest and Golf Grand form the estate’s golf-side apartment cluster, close to the clubhouse and the three GEMS schools on Al Khail Road.
Golfville, completed in 2023, is one of the most affordable ways into the estate; on Bayut’s indices its gross yield is among the highest of the buildings we could price, at about 6.33 % (computed, not guaranteed). Rosehill and Greencrest are still on sale at the developer.
